For the sweetest of finales, Executive Pastry Chef Kapila has handcrafted a chocolate egg inspired by our iconic lobby installation. Unveiled tableside, guests can open to reveal a sweet surprise and perhaps, a golden ticket for a Fairmont Gold weekend stay.
