The Manor House comes alive on New Year's Eve. Executive Chef Roland presents a five-course tasting menu celebrating Canadian terroir through classic European elegance.

Choose from a menu featuring East Coast Scallops, Seared Chilean Seabass, and Ontario Venison Loin or partake in a plant-forward journey with Compressed Pear & Kohlrabi Carpaccio, Black Truffle Risotto and other delights.
